Common questions
Who counts as a Viewer? Anyone with a read-only seat: program managers, safety engineers, reviewers, execs. They see every dashboard, report, run, and traceability matrix, and they can comment — they just can't edit test data. Viewer seats are free, unlimited, and never count against your license.
How does buying work? Pay by card for same-day setup, or request an order form (PO) your procurement team can process. Your license key lands under Settings → License and the seat limit lifts immediately.
What about the AI costs? AI features run on your own API key (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or Google Gemini), so you pay the provider directly and control the spend.
Are there API limits? No practical ones. Your instance is single-tenant, so CI pipelines and HIL rigs can push results as hard as they like without throttling anyone — we only enforce a generous abuse ceiling (see the fair-use terms).
